Easy Come, Now Go.

Of an unlocking;
a burning of watch towers
The city was attacked
but the city was freed
The city was vulnerable
but the city was watered
— and then left desolate

Since then,
for times and times
plants have then covered the land
The land is plentiful
the citizens rejoice

There is but one spot
of bald feature
missing nature

Was it there all this while?
Or just triggered from recent
encounters?

So although a decade were to pass
Suddenly there was a sort of longing
But a longing that could hold no hope
For the knight which once laid siege the city
had long moved on to another kingdom
There perhaps to stay
As the monarchs embrace in tandem

Yet this longing is an illusion
For the city wants not the knight as its king
It seems just a long long night
through a lonely cold summer
these past 30 days
— as cold as the breeze in Busan.
