You know there is no secret chord

that David played 'cause he pleased the Lord

with heart unravelled, humbly serenading

sheeps and sheeps under his care,

with integrity firm and well aware

of his weaknesses and of things unshared,

quick to repent — as king not spared,

wholly surrendered to the Spirit of God.
