You may like to fly,

As is your preference,

And I shall have no say,

Except to alert,

Out of concern,

To watch out for winds,

And birds and rain;

Balancing between,

Respecting difference,

And sharing discernment,

I hope.

Ultimately,

When all cards have been laid,

To each his own choice to make.
